THEME: NAVIGATING NON-TARIFF MEASURES TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

This meet is targeted at four major specific finance hubs:
- Trade facilitation;
- Trade and investment agreements;
- Science, technology and Innovation (STI) policies;
- And responsible business practices.
This biennial strategy meeting focuses on issues of importance to trade and investment policy making in the Asia-Pacific. Key stakeholders in policy making will be engaged in in-depth knowledge exchange on trade facilitation, trade and investment agreements, STI (Science, Technology, and Innovation) policies, and responsible business practices.
The event is strictly based on invitation, and it is hosted by the ESCAP committee on Trade and Investment – the key platform for regional dialogue and intergovernmental collaboration on trade and investment.
